- Eigenverantwortliche und effiziente Assistenz der Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft, inkl. Vor- und Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Meetings, Events und Konferenzen
- Erstellung von Präsentationen für interne und externe Zielgruppen
- Mitwirkung in strategischen Transformationsprojekten, insbesondere bei der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
- Verantwortlich für Reiseplanung, -organisation und -abrechnung der Geschäftsleitung, Betreuung der Plattform und Unterstützung der Reisenden
- Unterstützung bei Marketing-Aktivitäten sowie Koordination von Dienstleistern und externen Geschäftspartnern
- Verwaltung von Verträgen und Dokumenten

Ihre Aufgaben
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft/Management, erfolgreich absolvierte kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position zwingend erforderlich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office (insb. PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und professionelle Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
- Souveränes und freundliches Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent mit starker Hands-on-Mentalität
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Loyalität und absolute Diskretion
